The official UDC search covers only people currently incarcerated by or on probation or parole with UDC. Neither source should be silently rewritten into a broader claim that all supervision ended.
The Utah offender registry is separate. It covers only people with an active statutory registration duty and cannot serve as a general release database. Registry presence does not prove when or why jail custody ended, and absence does not resolve custody. A completed verification uses the custodian’s movement record plus the legal authority behind the event.
